  1. Season your steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the steak until it’s beautifully browned. Remove and let it rest.
  3. In the same pan, bring salted water to a boil and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and whole milk, stirring to combine.
  6. Stir in the parmesan until melted, creating a luxuriously creamy sauce.
  7. Slice the rested steak and return it to the sauce along with the tortellini. Toss until everything is well-coated.
  8. Garnish with parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper if desired before serving.
