Preparation

- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), ranch seasoning, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Dip the chicken tenders into the coating, making sure they are well covered.
Baking
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet. Spray them lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Serving
- Let the tenders cool for a moment, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Do not overcrowd the baking sheet for crispy tenders. You can substitute crushed cornflakes for a crunchier bite or add a splash of hot sauce for extra flavor. For a vegan version, swap the mayonnaises and use chickpea tenders instead.
