Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 pounds chicken tenders, trimmed and ready to use
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise Acts as a base for coating the chicken
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix Provides iconic flavor
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Adds gooey, cheesy goodness
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese For extra savory depth
  • 0.5 cup crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs Creates a crispy crust
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances flavor
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika Adds a touch of smokiness
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper For a subtle kick
  • as needed cooking spray or olive oil To help achieve golden perfection

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo), ranch seasoning, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Dip the chicken tenders into the coating, making sure they are well covered.
Baking
  1. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet. Spray them lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  2. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Let the tenders cool for a moment, then serve with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the baking sheet for crispy tenders. You can substitute crushed cornflakes for a crunchier bite or add a splash of hot sauce for extra flavor. For a vegan version, swap the mayonnaises and use chickpea tenders instead.
