Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the skillet, let it cool, and chop it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the crispy bacon, hash browns, and cheese to the egg mixture. Mix well.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
  7. Garnish with optional green onions or bell peppers before serving.

Notes

For best results, let the casserole sit for about 5-10 minutes after baking to firm up. Customize with additional mix-ins like bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition.
