Ingredients
  

Steak and Seasoning
  • 2 pieces ribeye steaks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Cowboy Butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Toasting the garlic enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
Cooking
  1. Cook the steaks on the grill or skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your preferred doneness.
  2. Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
  3. Top with generous dollops of the cowboy butter before serving.

Notes

Serve on a rustic wooden board paired with roasted veggies or a fresh salad. For extra flavor, add cayenne pepper to the butter.
