Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
- Transfer the cottage cheese to a bowl, add the flour, and mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 times until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 parts, shape into ropes, and form bagels.
- Brush with beaten egg and add your favorite toppings.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
These bagels can last up to 4 days in the fridge. Store them in an airtight container. To keep longer, freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave when ready to enjoy.
