Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar on medium speed until blended.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined—don’t overdo it!
- Fold in the chopped Oreos and white chocolate chips.
- Use a small cookie scoop to shape your cookies and lightly press down on each.
Baking
- Bake for 8–10 minutes or until the edges look set.
- Let cool for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
Notes
Patience makes the flavor better! Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for an additional 1-2 days. Can freeze for up to a month.
