- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, and seasonings. Mix well!
- Stir in shredded cheese and half of the French fried onions for that delicious crunch.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining French fried onions for extra crispiness.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley and enjoy!

Got leftovers? This dish keeps nicely in the fridge for 3-4 days. It also freezes well—just thaw in the fridge overnight and reheat in the oven.
