- Chop your veggies and toss them into the crockpot.
- Place your chicken or beef on top of the veggies. Give it a little salt and pepper love.
- Sprinkle in the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Cover everything with the broth.
Cooking
- Set your crockpot to low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat before serving.
