  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced

  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

Dressing
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the bow tie pasta according to package instructions, then drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta with cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.
Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Mixing and Serving
  1. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
