Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken Base
  • 8 oz pasta Any pasta type can be used.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken can be used for convenience.
Sauce and Vegetables
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables You can swap for any preferred veggies.
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup Can be substituted with gravy for variation.
  • 1/2 cup milk Add more for extra creaminess.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Cheesy Topping
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Feel free to use other cheese varieties.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine cooked chicken, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Cook over medium heat until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For quick preparation, use rotisserie chicken. This dish can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to three months. Reheat on low and consider adding a splash of milk to restore creaminess.
