  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs Use seasoned for extra flavor
  • 1/4 cup Honey For the hot honey drizzle
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce Choose preferred variety
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper To taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix it with panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Coat the chicken breasts with the panko mixture, pressing it onto the chicken to adhere.
  5. Place the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
  2. While the chicken is baking, in a small saucepan, heat honey and hot sauce until combined and warm.
  3. Once the chicken is done, drizzle the hot honey sauce over the chicken before serving.

Notes

For best results, let the chicken rest for a few minutes after baking to lock in juicy flavors. This dish stores well; it can be kept in the fridge for about 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
