  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 8 oz mozzarella balls
  • 1 bunch fresh basil
Stuffed Mushrooms
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs e.g., thyme, parsley
  • 12 medium mushroom caps
Shrimp Cocktail
  • 1 lb cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
Pigs in a Blanket
  • 1 pkg mini sausages
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
Vegetable Platter
  • 2 cups assorted vegetables e.g., carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers
  • 1 cup ranch dip
Cheese Platter
  • 8 oz assorted cheeses
  • 1 pkg crackers
  • 1 cup grapes

Method
 

Preparation of Mini Caprese Skewers
  1. Thread cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil leaves onto toothpicks.
Preparation of Stuffed Mushrooms
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix cream cheese with garlic and herbs.
  3. Stuff the mixture into mushroom caps.
  4. Bake until golden.
Preparation of Shrimp Cocktail
  1. Serve shrimp with a side of cocktail sauce.
Preparation of Pigs in a Blanket
  1. Wrap mini sausages in crescent roll dough.
  2. Bake until golden.
Vegetable Platter Preparation
  1. Arrange assorted vegetables on a platter with ranch dip.

Notes
