- In a large bowl, combine fresh spinach, tart cranberries, and crunchy almonds.
- Crumble feta cheese on top of the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette just before serving.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
Notes
Best served fresh. To keep the salad crunchy, do not add the vinaigrette until just before serving. For leftovers, the salad can be stored in the fridge for about 2 days.
