Prawn Ingredients
  • 300 g prawns, peeled and deveined Fresh or thawed frozen prawns can be used.
  • 3 tablespoons chili-infused olive oil Adjust the amount based on spice preference.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Minced garlic is essential for flavor.
  • 1 unit juice of 1 lemon Fresh lemon juice enhances the dish.
  • none Fresh parsley, chopped For garnishing.
  • none Salt and pepper to taste To season the dish.

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking Prawns
  1. In a large skillet, heat the chili-infused olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir in the cooked pasta and lemon juice, mixing well to combine.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
