  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture over the chicken breasts.
  4. In another bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using).
  5. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey soy sauce mixture over the top.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  2. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

If you have leftovers, they can sit in the fridge for 3-4 days or be frozen for about 3 months. Check the chicken for doneness to avoid dry chunks.
