Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over the chicken breasts.
- In another bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and sriracha (if using).
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey soy sauce mixture over the top.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, they can sit in the fridge for 3-4 days or be frozen for about 3 months. Check the chicken for doneness to avoid dry chunks.
