  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in the ranch dressing and cooked pasta. Mix well.
  4. Add crumbled bacon and shredded cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For additional flavor, consider adding garlic powder or spinach. Substitute with whole wheat or gluten-free pasta for a healthier option. Leftovers can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge or up to 2 months in the freezer.
