Cheesy Stuffed Garlic Bread Rolls

Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Garlic Herb Butter
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For Serving
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over the cheese to form a ball and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Making Garlic Herb Butter
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Baking
  1. Brush the garlic herb butter over the rolls.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from the oven and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Feel free to prepare the rolls in advance. They can be stored in the fridge before baking. Brush with more butter halfway through baking for extra flavor.
