Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
Cooking
- In a skillet, cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Add marinara sauce to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
Assembly
- Place hoagie rolls on a baking sheet. Fill each roll with meatballs and sauce.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and toast in the oven until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freeze for about 2 months. Reheat in the oven for best results.
