  • 4 large tortillas Large tortillas work best for wrapping.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Mix until the chicken is well coated.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste, stirring until combined.

Cooking
  1. Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps and place them on a heated pan.
  2. Grill each wrap until golden brown and the cheese melts, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to a month. Reheat in a frying pan for best results.
