  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with those delicious seasonings.
  2. Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla, then evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top. Pile on the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  2. Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap. In the same pan, grill each folded wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
  3. Remove from the pan and cut each wrap in half. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a side of crispy fries or a fresh salad. Pair with salsa or guacamole for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for a month.
