Preparation
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with those delicious seasonings.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each tortilla, then evenly distribute the cooked chicken on top. Pile on the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap. In the same pan, grill each folded wrap for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and cut each wrap in half. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with a side of crispy fries or a fresh salad. Pair with salsa or guacamole for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for a month.
