Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Mixture
  • 200 g cream cheese Can use light cream cheese for a lighter version.
  • 50 g powdered sugar Adjust for sweetness as desired.
  • 100 g crushed biscuits Graham crackers or Oreos can be used.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds flavor to the cheesecake mixture.
Coating
  • Cocoa powder or crushed nuts For rolling the balls.

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, crushed biscuits, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
  3. Roll each ball in cocoa powder or crushed nuts to coat.
  4. Place the balls on a tray and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

These cheesecake balls can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days or frozen for about 2 months. Allow to thaw in the fridge before serving. Pro tip: Don't skip the chilling step for the best texture.
