Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  3. In a large bowl, whip the egg whites with the cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the egg yolks, shredded cheese, and salt until well combined.
  5. Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites until no white streaks remain.
Baking
  1. Spoon the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, forming small cloud shapes.
  2. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the clouds are golden and firm.
