- Cut your chicken or beef into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the veggies into bite-sized pieces.
Cooking
- Place your protein at the bottom of the crockpot, followed by the veggies.
- Pour the soup or sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle in your spices.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
Don’t skip seasoning for flavor! If using chicken, give it a quick sear for added taste.
