Preparation
- Wash and dry the apples, then insert lollipop sticks into the top of each apple.
- Melt the caramel sauce according to package instructions.
- Dip each apple into the melted caramel, ensuring it's fully coated, and give it a little swirl.
- Place the caramel-coated apples on wax paper to set for a few minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Drizzle or dip the caramel apples in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Optional: sprinkle a little sea salt on top.
- Allow the apples to set before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge, separated by parchment paper, for 2-3 days. Great for parties or casual snacking!
