Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for a smoother texture
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chopped apples Granny Smith works well
  • 1 cup caramel sauce Double for extra drizzle
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
Making the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth.
  2. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, then fold in the chopped apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Drizzle caramel sauce on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the center is set.
  2. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.

  1. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

These bars can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container or frozen for 2-3 months. Chill longer for cleaner slices. Consider adding nuts or using chocolate sauce for variations.
