Cheesecake Filling Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup caramel sauce Drizzle over the top.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of your prepared pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until each is well incorporated.
  5. Fold in the chopped apples and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over your crust.
  6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and use a knife to swirl it into the cheesecake batter.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into bars.

Notes

For best results, ensure cream cheese is at room temperature. Chill the bars for better flavor and texture. They can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
