  • 3/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 1/4 ounces warm water Ensure water is warm, not boiling.
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil Plus more for handling and brushing.
Toppings
  • Your favorite pizza toppings (sauce, shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese) Customize to your taste.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil, stirring until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven and roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Top with sauce and cheese, then bake for about 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.
