  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta Cook according to package instructions
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated is preferable
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter For sautéing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced To enhance flavor

  • 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked and shredded

Preparation
  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the heavy cream and Cajun seasoning, cooking for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  3. Add the lobster and crab meat to the skillet, stirring gently to combine, and heat through.
  4. Mix in the cooked fettuccine and Parmesan cheese, tossing until well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Cook pasta al dente to prevent it from getting mushy during reheating. Feel free to swap seafood for shrimp or scallops. Add lemon zest for a fresh touch. For spiciness, sprinkle red pepper flakes before serving. Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best flavor.
