  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  2. Once browned, toss in the diced onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Cook until the veggies are soft.
  3. Stir in the Cajun seasoning, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns, adding your favorite toppings as desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave.
