Ingredients
  

For the crostini
  • 8 slices baguette Use fresh baguette for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For brushing the bread.
Toppings
  • 8 ounces burrata cheese Spread generously over the toasted baguette.
  • 4 ounces prosciutto, thinly sliced Draped over the burrata.
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves For garnishing.
  • to taste balsamic glaze Drizzle before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brush both sides of the baguette slices with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until lightly golden and crisp.
Assembly
  1. Once cooled slightly, spread a generous amount of burrata cheese on each crostini.
  2. Drape a slice of prosciutto over the burrata.
  3. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.

Notes

Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge for 2-3 days, but the bread may lose its crunch. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes.
