Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the shredded rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until everything is well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of the wrapper and fold it according to the package instructions.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the egg rolls with oil and arrange them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Alternatively, fry them in hot oil or bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Notes
Leftover egg rolls can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen tightly for later use. Reheat in air fryer or oven for best results.
