Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well mixed.
- Add the ham, cheese, bread, bell peppers, and onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve cut into squares with fresh herbs or salsa. Casserole stores well in the fridge for 3-4 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
