  • 16 oz Mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup Blueberry syrup
  • 12 pieces Maria biscuits
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Whipping cream Chill bowl before whipping

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Dip Maria biscuits in blueberry syrup briefly to soften.
  4. In a serving dish, layer soaked biscuits, a layer of the mascarpone mixture, and drizzle in more blueberry syrup.
  5. Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
  6. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy your masterpiece!

Notes

Let the dessert chill overnight for the best flavor and texture. Optionally garnish with extra blueberries and mint.
