- In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the mascarpone mixture.
- Dip Maria biscuits in blueberry syrup briefly to soften.
- In a serving dish, layer soaked biscuits, a layer of the mascarpone mixture, and drizzle in more blueberry syrup.
- Repeat the layers until you run out of ingredients, finishing with the mascarpone mixture on top.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your masterpiece!

Let the dessert chill overnight for the best flavor and texture. Optionally garnish with extra blueberries and mint.
