  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Try using different flavors for a unique twist.
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs (about the size of a golf ball).
Cooking
  1. Place the meatballs in a crockpot.
  2. Drizzle BBQ sauce over the meatballs, ensuring they are all coated.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Serve hot as a scrumptious appetizer!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Can freeze for up to 3 months in an airtight container. Reheat as needed.
