  • 30 milliliters honey Drizzle over baked pears.
  • 1 gram ground cinnamon Use to sprinkle on pears.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Brush the pear halves with olive oil or melted butter, then arrange them cut-side up in the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle them lightly with ground cinnamon.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the pears are tender but still holding their shape.
  2. Remove from the oven and immediately top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
  3. Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. For the best flavor, enjoy warm. Reheat in the oven or microwave. Experiment with different cheeses or fruits for variations!
