Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 190°C and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

- Sprinkle them lightly with ground cinnamon.
Baking
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the pears are tender but still holding their shape.
- Remove from the oven and immediately top each pear half with crumbled feta and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle generously with honey and garnish with fresh thyme leaves if desired.
