Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces hoagie rolls Sliced in half lengthwise.
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese Use shredded or sliced.
  • 4 oz salami Layered on the sandwich.
  • 4 oz capicola Layered on the sandwich.
  • 4 oz provolone cheese Use shredded or sliced.
  • 1/4 cup banana peppers Sliced for layering.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil Drizzled over the assembled sandwiches.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the hoagie rolls in half lengthwise.
  3. Layer salami on the bottom half of each roll, followed by capicola, mozzarella, provolone, and banana peppers.
  4. Drizzle each sandwich with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Place the assembled sandwiches on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Enjoy with chips or salad! Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for about 1 month.
