  • 4 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Use freshly shredded for best texture
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Take the chicken breasts and make a pocket in each by slicing them horizontally, but don't cut all the way through.
  4. Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden on top.

Notes

Storage: Keeps well in the fridge for about 3-4 days in an airtight container. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through. Tips: Don’t skip seasoning, add fresh herbs, and let chicken rest after baking for juicier results.
