Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 pieces salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
For the Avocado Lime Sauce
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub salmon fillets with olive oil and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Making the Sauce
  1. Meanwhile, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending avocado, lime juice, Greek yogurt, and minced garlic in a bowl until smooth.
Serving
  1. Serve the baked salmon topped with the avocado lime sauce and garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for about 3 days in an airtight container. Reheat salmon in the oven briefly at a low temperature to prevent drying out.
