  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts Cleaned and halved
  • 6 slices Bacon Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For tossing
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Optional, for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with chopped bacon, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Brussels sprouts are crispy and the bacon is cooked.
  2. If desired, sprinkle with parmesan cheese before serving.

Notes

Don’t skip the baking for the magic! For optimal crispiness, keep the sprouts spaced on the baking sheet and watch them closely towards the end of baking.
