  • 2 cups almond milk or any milk of your choice
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/4 cup raisins optional

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a pot, combine the rolled oats and almond milk. Bring it to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer.
  3. Add the chopped apple, cinnamon, and maple syrup. Stir it all together.
  4. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the oats are creamy and fully cooked.
  5. Toss in the chopped nuts and raisins if you like. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Keep stirring occasionally to avoid sticking. Store in the fridge for 3-5 days and reheat with a splash of milk.
