Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener (optional) Use honey for a touch of sweetness
Toppings
  • Sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning For topping your bagels

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and then add the apple cider vinegar and honey (if using).
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients; mix until a dough forms.
  5. Divide the dough into equal parts and shape them into bagels by forming a ball and then creating a hole in the center.
  6. Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with sesame seeds or seasoning.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store these bagels in the fridge for up to a week or freeze them for later. For reheating, toast in the oven.
