Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. In a skillet, brown the sausage and drain any excess grease.
  4. Spread the crescent rolls in the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Top the rolls with the cooked sausage.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage layer.
  7. Generously sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes.

Notes

This dish can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Freeze it for longer storage. For serving, consider garnishing with fresh herbs or hot sauce.
