  • 1.5 cups Nutella chocolate hazelnut spread Warmed for better blending
  • 3 eggs eggs at room temperature For perfect texture
  • 1 cup finely ground blanched almond flour Can substitute with oat flour

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease and line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. In a large, heat-safe bowl, warm the Nutella until it thins out.
  4. Add the eggs and beat until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Stir in the almond flour until well combined.
  6. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 35 minutes for an 8-inch pan or 30 minutes for a 9-inch pan.
  2. Once baked, cool in the pan to room temperature.
  3. For easier slicing, chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
  4. Lift the brownies out of the pan and slice into 9 squares.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or powdered sugar for a fancy touch. Store brownies in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
