Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 325°F.
- Grease and line an 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan with nonstick aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- In a large, heat-safe bowl, warm the Nutella until it thins out.
- Add the eggs and beat until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the almond flour until well combined.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for about 35 minutes for an 8-inch pan or 30 minutes for a 9-inch pan.
- Once baked, cool in the pan to room temperature.
- For easier slicing, chill in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes.
- Lift the brownies out of the pan and slice into 9 squares.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or powdered sugar for a fancy touch. Store brownies in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
