Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry mix to the wet, stirring until combined.
  5. Pour into a greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool, slice, and enjoy! Optionally, add frosting or dust with powdered sugar.

Notes

Most of these desserts will last about 3-5 days in the fridge. You can freeze them for up to 3 months. Consider refrigerating the batter for 30 mins for better texture and flavor.
