- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- In another bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, and melted butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry mix to the wet, stirring until combined.
- Pour into a greased pan and bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool, slice, and enjoy! Optionally, add frosting or dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
Most of these desserts will last about 3-5 days in the fridge. You can freeze them for up to 3 months. Consider refrigerating the batter for 30 mins for better texture and flavor.
